Trophy Club Project and Financing Plan & TIRZ Creation
Provided financial analysis and a project plan for the Town of Trophy Club. A taxable value analysis was also developed as part of the initial financial analysis to determine the economic feasibility of the tax increment reinvestment zone. The study also looked into expected tax revenue the TIRZ would receive based on previously outlined development and participation rates.
