Video reveals many changes coming to downtown Dallas’ Victory Park

If it seems as though a new development is springing up nearly every day in downtown Dallas’ Victory Park, you’re not just seeing things. On Tuesday alone, a 302-unit apartment tower and an eight-screen movie theater were announced for the suddenly booming Victory Park area. With so many changes coming so quickly, and with so little land to build on, the idea of more and more coming to Victory Park can be hard to imagine.

Trademark Property made a video with renderings of what Victory Park will look like. The video provides those familiar with the area near the American Airlines Center with a better understanding of exactly what the changes will look like from a street level view. The promotional video begins with a facts of the Dallas metro area, as well as the Victory Park landscape and how it fits in to downtown. The video claims that 200,000 square feet of retail space will come with the developments. The list goes on with 1 million square feet of office space, 4,000 residential units, hotel and entertainment options. Walk-able sidewalks with ground-level shopping and restaurant options are shown in the video. Banners lining the street promoting the Dallas Stars and the Dallas Mavericks add a nice touch to envision what the Victory streets will look like.
