Worked to secure incentives for the redevelopment of a tornado-damaged building in downtown Fort Worth into one of the city’s most iconic residential buildings. Working with the Downtown TIF and the City of Fort Worth, public incentives totaling $16.9 million were used to revitalize this landmark building.
