The future of Fort Worth transit underscores six public meetings held to seek public input as the Fort Worth Transportation Authority evaluates its priorities. The first meeting is set for Tuesday April 14 as The T solicits public perspective as it reviews current services and identifies ways to expand transit service to meet regional needs as part of The T’s Master Plan. Each of the six meetings will feature exhibits showing current trends and future needs related to transportation. Discussions are expected regarding how transit can best serve Tarrant County and beyond in the near-term and in the future. “Input from the public is key to determining how transit is used and what could be done to encourage transit ridership,” read part of a The T news release.

The displays and presentation at each forum will be the same. Attendance is open to the public, and each facility is wheelchair accessible.
