Assisted the City of Cedar Park with development services for a proposed mixed-use development project. Working directly with the Hicks Cedar Park, LLC and the City of Cedar Park we were able to create a site plan, develop a flexible Planned Development zoning district (PD) and create a tax increment reinvestment zone.
