Retained by the City of Colleyville to update the project and financing plan for TIF #1 along Boulevard 26. The TIF was created in 1998 and through changes in state law we were able to facilitate the creation of a grant fund for economic development purposes. In February 2013, the City approved a grant of $2.25 million for a Wholes Foods to replace space abandoned by Albertson’s in 2007. Another $750,000 was approved to help the developer update the remaining center to suit new tenants
